Shipping & Returns
Our catalog is displayed in the currency of the country of the shipping address. At time of checkout, the currency will be displayed for every customer as it refers to their country of the shipping address.
Checkout takes place via View Order, where you see the complete content of your order. Confirm Order will bring you to a screen to select your shipping options and submit payment information.
Ground: Delivery in 3-10 business days. Delivery is available Monday-Friday, with Saturday Pick-Up Service available in some areas for an additional charge.
Standard Overnight: Overnight delivery to most addresses by 5:00pm Monday - Friday, with Saturday Service also available for an additional charge.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday at noon (closing time), then your order enter the fulfillment stage according to the option selected at time of checkout. Every order received after noon will be treated the coming day.
At time of checkout, we provide you with the shipping cost for sending your order. Shipping charges may vary from those estimated at time of checkout.
We send our packages every day around 5PM for optimal purpose. Once an order is ready, its shipping time depends on the courier, the priority option selected, and possible customs delays.

Tracking your package
When your order is shipped, depending on the method of shipping you selected, you will be sent an email containing a tracking number. It will enable you to track your package.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to signing for the package. If the package is damaged, please sign noting the damage with the carrier. Please verify the packing slip prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging, if you are not satisfied with your order or there is a problem, please verify our returns conditions below.
If you are eligible for a return based on the conditions below, please email email@example.com and in the subject line of the e-mail indicate "RMA Request for order # (the order number in question)". Please be sure to include the following information in your e-mail, as we are unable to process your return request without it:
1. Your customer number & order number.
2. The reason for the return request.
3. The condition of the product packaging: factory sealed, open box/intact, open box/missing items, etc.
Positively no merchandise to be returned unless you receive our written permission.
A restocking fee of 5% will be charged on all returned items.
All merchandises shall remain our property until fully paid.
1. Keep all original packaging as you received it for at least 30 days.
2. Keep all products in new condition.
3. Do not remove UPC codes or serial numbers. Packaging without UPC codes or serial numbers will be refused.
4. Do not write or mark the packaging.
5. Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.
General Returns Conditions - Applicable to ALL Returns
1. Shipping charges are not refundable.
2. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments.
3. We are not responsible for lost returns.
4. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. IMPORTANT: Products returned without a valid RMA # appearing on the exterior packaging will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
5. All products must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material. IMPORTANT: Returned orders with items missing will result in rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee of at least 15%.
6. RMA numbers issued are good for 10 days only, and product must be received within that time.
7. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. The credit will be made within six weeks of receipt and verification of the merchandise.
